Scholarship for Sarah Schwarz

SarahSchwarz On 28th of October Sarah Schwarz received a scholarship of the “International Max Planck Research School for Physics of Biological Complex Systems”.

Sarah Schwarz is a PhD student in the junior research group “Nanoscale Imaging of Cellular Dynamics” of Prof. Dr. Sarah Köster. For her research Sarah Schwarz investigates force transduction in blood platelets. The International Max Planck Research School is integrated into the “Göttingen Graduate School for Neurosciences and Molecular Bioscience (GGNB)” It is promoted by the Excellence Initiative and comprises 10 different graduation programs.

The funding is provided by the Ministry of Science and Culture of Lower Saxony for the time period of two years.

The Courant Research Centre sincerely congratulates the skilled junior researcher on winning this scholarship.
