Dr. Almasa Sarabi

Dr. Almasa Sarabi obtained her doctoral degree at the Chair of HRM and Asian Business at the Georg-August University of Goettingen in 2017. Almasa is interested in communication dynamics between headquarters and subsidiaries with special emphasis on knowledge hiding and silence. She also works in the areas of global careers and subsidiary management.
