Admission requirements for the Single and Joint Honours MA "TransRomania Studies" (78/ 42 C)

• B.A. degree or equivalent degree
• Verification required of academic performance in a Romance programme of study (e.g. Gallo-Roman Studies, Spanish Studies, Italian Studies, Portuguese Studies, Romance Studies or Romance Philology or a subject of the cultural sciences with a corresponding regional concentration) in the scope of at least 50 credits, including at least 6 credits each in linguistics and literature science.

Language requirements:

• Study foci Gallo-Romance Studies, Italian Studies, Portuguese Studies and Spanish Studies: Verification of sufficient language skills in French (GER level C1), Italian (GER level B2+), Portuguese (GER level B2+) or Spanish (GER level C1).
• For the subject-scientific study foci Linguistics and Literary Science the evidence of language skills in two Romance languages must be provided according to the levels stated above.

The evidences must be submitted to the Faculty of Humanities at enrolment, for a winter semester by 30 September, and by 30 March for a summer semester. The evidences are matriculation prerequisites, conditional enrolment is not possible.
