Seminar’s objectives:
Our work and our tasks are more and more organized in projects. And this is especially true in international contexts, where projects might be initiated by external financial sources or are parts of an organization’s own structure. But not everything what is nowadays called “project” is worth the name. Nevertheless project structures can be a very successful and sensible way to reach the envisaged results, if the potential and possibilities projects offer are well managed.
The aim of the workshop is that the participants learn basics to define, manage and implement projects successfully.
They get to know the management cycle of a project and the relevant tools to handle each phase of a project.
