• Regine Eckardt recently delivered a talk on "Anaphorische Bezüge von 'wieder' in der Ereignisstruktur von Texten" as part of the 10 Ereignissemantik-Workshop, Hohentuebingen (Tuebingen, December 2010).
  She also spoke on "Hereby explained: An event based analysis of performative utterances" at the Linguistic Colloquium, University of Bielefeld (December 2010)

Talk Reminders

• Next Tuesday (January 18th), Michael Franke (University of Tuebingen) will deliver a talk entitled "Quantity Implicatures, Exhaustive Interpretation, and Rational Conversation". Time: 16 - 18. Place: Besprechungszimmer Linguistik (0.250, Käte-Hamburger-Weg 3)
• On Wednesday, January 19th, Eva Reinisch (MPI für Psycholinguistik, Nijmegen) will give a talk as part of the CRC "Textstrukturen". The title of her talk is "Speech is fast and hot: acoustic variability in spoken word recognition and word learning". Time: 16:00-18:00 ct. Place: Seminar room, CRC "Textstrukturen" (Nikolausberger Weg 23, 2. OG).

NPI Workshop Reminder
