Current research interest:

> Plant-soil-microorganism interactions
> Mycorrhizal interactions
> Key processes for plant nutrition, element (C,N,P) cycling

Working Hypothese:
As soil microbial necromass (i.e. death microbial biomass) acts as an essential phosphorous reservoir in forest nutrition, the identification of key players, processes and controls of P mobilisation in the rhizosphere as well as allocation, usage and cycling of P within vegetation will be investigated.
