Lamia Berki

Lamia Berki is the student assistant of the Euroculture Programme. She is an M.A. student in the department of English: Language, Literatures, and Cultures. Her academic interests include Cultural Theory and Literary Criticism, Modernism and Postmodernism, and Cognitive Literature. During her studies, she presented academic papers on Linguistics, Psychoanalytic Criticism, and Queer Studies in International Student Symposiums. She is the former Outgoing Responsible of AEGEE- Izmir, Turkey and still an active member of AEGEE. Currently she writes various articles, poems, and film reviews for literary magazines as well as engaging in literary translation. She is very happy to be a part of the Euroculture Göttingen family.
