SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

My primary interests lies in signal transduction pathways in connection with disease and in gene therapy. I am truly fascinated by how a relatively small number of mechanisms can regulate so many different processes within the cell and I hope to contribute to findings on this topic in my future work as a scientist. By participating in the program, I hope to broaden my perspective as well as my theoretical and practical knowledge of all major fields of Molecular Biology and I am also interested in related new topics that I will be introduced to during these studies.
