Submission Guide
The deadline for submitting extended abstracts was extended to March 15, 2024 (11:59 pm CET)!
Below, we guide you through the two steps of the submission process in more detail.
Step 1. Registration at the academic cloud system
For registering at the academic cloud system, you must click on the sign up option on the page and enter your email address.
If you are using an institutional address, it is possible that your institution is already registered at the academic cloud system. Please filter the list of registered institutions and if you find your institution, click on Continue Registration with the Selected Institution. Once you successfully log into the academic cloud system, you can move to the second step.
If your institution is not already registered or if you are using your personal email account, click on Continue Registration without an Institution instead.
When you continue the registration without an institution, you need to provide your personal information and a password. Please notice that the password requires a minimum of 12 characters.
Once you have provided all the required information, you should see the following message confirming that your account was created. Now, you need to verify your email address. If you don't receive the verification link after a couple of minutes, please check your spam. Once you have successfully confirmed your email account, you are ready for the second step.
Step 2. Abstract Submission
To submit your abstract you need to enter the submission site and click on Submit new abstract.
Now you need to login to the academic cloud system using the email address and password you registered in the previous steps. The first time you do this, you need to confirm again some of your information.
Once you confirm your information, the abstract submission window should open and you can submit your abstract.
After submitting the abstract, you may edit it as many times as you wish until the submission process closes in March 15, 2024 (11:59 pm CET), by simply logging back into the submission platform.
