Visiting scholar: Professor Shahbaz Manj

Professor Shahbaz Manj, Chair of the Department of Islamic Studies at the University of Education in Lahore, Pakistan, is currently a visiting scholar at the Institute for a six-month term. During his stay in Göttingen, he continues his research on contemporary legal issues in Asia, with a particular focus on Islam and law in Pakistan.
