Recognition by the University of Education, Lahore (Pakistan)

In recognition of several years of continuing academic contact and exchange with colleagues in Pakistan, Professor Sebastian Günther received a “Tribute to an Eminent Scholar and Distinguished Academician.” The certificate was presented by Professor Muhammad Shahbaz Khan Manj, Chair of the Department of Islamic and Religious Studies at the University of Education in Lahore and President of the International Federation for World Peace and Harmony. The award was handed over in Göttingen on March 11, 2026, during Professor Manj’s visit to the Institute of Arabic and Islamic Studies at the University of Göttingen.
