Lennart Reiners is an external PhD student at the Chair of International Economic Policy. Parallel to writing a thesis, he works at the evaluation department of KfW Development Bank in Frankfurt.
Before joining the chair, he gained work experience at the International Finance Corporation and the Asian Development Bank with a particular focus on monitoring and evaluation. As part of his studies towards a degree in international economics from the Goethe University Frankfurt he spent time abroad in China and the USA.
Lennart's research interest lie in the areas of Development Economics with a topical focus on decentralisation and Spatial Econometrics.
