In the current project, the PhD student will focus on reductive eliminations and will examine this elementary step by a combination of different experimental methods, including state-of-the-art multi-stage mass-spectrometry. The obtained insight shall advance our fundamental understanding of organometallic chemistry and, at the same time, contribute to the rational development of improved C-C, C-F, and C-CF3 coupling reactions.
