Self-assessment and career planning

Career planning is an important and challenging process when moving forward with personal ambitions. It is a particularly important step at transition points between two career phases. Together with two trainers and other participants, this workshop is designed to support you in this process by providing the framework for reflecting on your current situation before embarking on those next career and personal steps. We will provide the framework for reflecting on your current situation, with a close look at your professional history up to the present - what interests, values and competencies have you acquired up until now in your professional and personal life? Based on the results of this self-assessment, it will be possible to map out development opportunities for the future in order to make the next decisions.
