Teaching Mobility Incoming - Erasmus+ (KA 131)

Please first clarify with your sending institution whether:

  • there is a valid Erasmus+ contract between your institution and our university for teaching staff mobility (STA)
  • whether you fulfil the minimum requirements for mobility
  • whether your institution can support your stay with Erasmus+ funds

Please contact us at an early stage (at least 4-5 months in advance). In order for the host faculty at our university to decide whether to accept an incoming teaching mobility, please send us the following documents/information via our mobility portal

  • academic background
  • Information on previous teaching experience
  • period of mobility (start/end)
  • Host institution (faculty, subject)
  • Draft Teaching Agreement
  • Title of the course

A decision on acceptance can take up to 6 weeks.

In case of acceptance, the Göttingen International Incoming Department will support teachers and faculties of the University of Göttingen, e.g. to organise a suitable hotel or to answer questions regarding registration and travel.
