Our interests lie in synthetic organic chemistry; all projects will therefore involve some element of multi-step organic synthesis. We use a healthy mixture of traditional and modern reactivity - prospective co-workers can expect exposure to a wide range of synthetic techniques.If you are interested in any of the opportunities listed below, please contact Johannes at any time.
Internship

PhD
We aim to take on new PhD students every year. Positions will be advertised when funding is available.
Postdocs
Positions will be advertised when funding is available. We are always interested in talented chemists who have their own source of funding or are willing to apply for fellowships. If you are interested in applying for an independent fellowship to support postdoctoral research please contact Johannes as early as possible in advance of your desired start date. Full support with preparing a competitive application will be given to suitably qualified candidates.
