SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I have enjoyed learning about biochemistry and cell biology during my undergraduate studies and am very intrigued by how the cell structures itself in order to create a living unit out of chemical molecules. This is quite a broad problem and I hope to gain a deeper insight from different angles into this during my first year of the molecular biology program at Göttingen. My goal for now is to find a lab and an exciting project for a PhD with the help of the lab rotations.
