SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

The brain is the most remarkable and fascinating organ for me and my desire is to learn the mechanism of behavior and producing thoughts from a single neuron to whole brain. Therefore, I want to deal with animal behavior and memory for my future studies. The molecular mechanism underlying learning and memory is particularly exciting to me and I would like to combine my studies with epigenetics to understand it in depth. I am also interested in neurodegenerative diseases, especially I would like to work in the development of new molecular therapies for Alzheimer’s Disease.
