SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

At the moment I have a background in Molecular Biology and my scientific interests are mostly in molecular and cellular mechanisms of brain health and, especially, disease. An understanding of these mechanisms, will not only help us to become one step closer to treatment but also reveal the way normal function appears. Nevertheless, if I want to study this field, I need a good understanding of Neuroscience as well as Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, thus my current goal is to obtain a strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Neuroscience.
