SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

What fascinates me the most is behavior and how it is influenced at different levels by a variety of factors. I am interested in understanding the neural structures and molecular mechanisms that underlie it, in particular in relation to stressful stimuli and the elaboration of aggressive behavior. I also find the evolutionary implications of such studies to be extremely interesting.
