Learning goals

After successfully completing this course, the students are familiar with basic theoretical and practical problems in corporate valuation based on capital market models. After an introduction into the topic, students know how to work for themselves on theoretical or practical problems in the field of corporate valuation. Moreover, the students know how to apply their knowledge in real case studies as well as present and critically discuss their results.
