SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

My research interests lie in understanding the circuits and processes involved in cognitive functions of the brain and affective disorders. I would like to study, at various levels, processes involved in various behavioral, emotional responses and learning, memory formation, retention, and retrieval mechanisms.
