I am fascinated by the astounding organizational accuracy of the regulation of cellular processes by an interconnected network of signaling pathways and how these interact to induce different protein or gene expression patterns in response to different environments. Of particular interest to me is how these signaling pathways are altered in diseases like cancer. However, being in the early stages of my academic career, I am excited to explore new areas in Biology during my Master’s in Gottingen.
