SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am fascinated by molecular biology because this science shows how interactions between small molecules may influence on global processes of the whole organism. My major interest is molecular cancer biology. In this field it is possible to investigate fundamental cell processes and simultaneously be involved in new medical techniques development. Besides this, I am interested in conservation biology, especially in application of molecular genetics methods for rare species investigation and conservation. Finally, I regularly participate in marine biology research as an Open Water Diver and hope to implement my future knowledge of molecular methods in this area as well.
