SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

After extinguishing my curiosity for plant biology, I have shifted my focus to Neurosciences which I have always found astonishing. In addition to neurons' exceptional nature, the dynamic network that neurons establish has also its own unique features to be revealed, which renders frontiers of the field appealing. Moreover, behavior and memory issues are also in the fascinating aspects of neuroscience. Thus, my future course would be to decode the complexity underlying the neuronal network starting from molecular, behavioral, and memonic mechanisms. Especially, I would like to study sensory systems and their relationship with behavior and memory.
