SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

It has wondered millions of people throughout the millennium on how the mind works. Now we have identified the building blocks of the mind: the neuron. What interests me most is how these seemingly identical cells intertwine to produce sense and cognition. In particular, how sensory information is encoded and decoded in the brain, producing our perception of the beautiful physical world.
