The Ombudsperson for Teaching and Learning supports students in difficult study situations with information, advice, and independent mediation in conflict cases. As the central contact person for Complaint Management, she also addresses suggestions and criticisms from students, contributing to the improvement and quality assurance of study conditions. All concerns are handled confidentially and promptly. It is also possible to just get an assessment of the situation.
Students can actively engage in society and the University with their own projects and look beyond the scope of their studies. The previous two competitions are currently being redesigned.
