How can I take part?
On 1 December you will have received an email from us containing the link to the survey and your individual TAN (Transaction Number).

How much time should I allow?
In our tests, participants took between 30 and 60 minutes to complete the survey in full. However, you do not need to complete it in one sitting – you may pause the survey at any time and resume it later using your individual TAN.

How is data protection ensured?
The survey is anonymous. Further information on data protection can be found Data Protection here.
