Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of the module, students will have gained knowledge of the various forms of business acquisitions and sales, as well as their tax implications. They will be familiar with options for tax-optimized acquisition financing and corporate restructuring, including the respective tax implications. In addition, they will be familiar with the tax-related specifics of cross-border business acquisitions and will be able to apply the fundamentals they have learned in the context of practice-oriented group work.
