SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Cognitive Neuroscience is my main field of interest within the vast areas to study the brain. I've always been fascinated about the interaction between the mind and the body with relation to cognition. How neuronal and synaptic processes interact and form memory, the overlapping networks within normal brain and diseased brain. How cognitive deficits change the path of some diseases like schizophrenia and affects its sufferers. I want to get more in-depth knowledge and practice in cognitive neuroscience with its computational applications, however, the whole spectrum of brain research fascinates me.
