SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

The brain, as well as the whole nervous system, is fascinating in every way. I am especially interested in the plasticity of the brain and the mental diseases related with memory loss and behavioral changes on the molecular and neurochemical base. Furthermore, the immune mechanisms of the nervous system and its failures are very interesting to me.
