Dr. Andreas Seidel

Dr. Andreas Seidel, born 1991 in Helmstedt (Germany), studied law at the Georg-August-University Goettingen and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). He received his doctorate on the subject of the attribution of knowledge in corporate law under Prof. Dr. Gerald Spindler and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig. In June 2022, he was accepted as a postdoctoral fellow at the Faculty of Law of the University of Goettingen. His habilitation project is in the field of civil law, competition law, corporate law and capital market law.

Various scholarships, among others from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (studies), the German National Academic Foundation (doctorate) as well as the Working Group on Economics and Law and the Academic Foundation ius vivum (printing subsidies).
