SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

My interests lie in the whole spectrum of the research revolving around the brain. I am fascinated by mechanisms underlying brain plasticity, learning and memory processes. I would like to deepen my knowledge in neural basis of behaviour as it is directly connected with my fascination with ethology. I would enjoy learning electrophysiology techniques as the currently most appealing challenge for me. Despite that and my previous focus on molecular biology, I am open to all fields and methods exploring various phenomena considered by neuroscience.
