SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am currently interested in the structure and function relationship of biomolecules, especially proteins and chromatin. This field is crucial because life as we know it depends on the structure of biomolecules, which is evident in the resulting diseases even when a fraction of molecules fold incorrectly. I am eager to investigate the structure/function relationship of protein complexes involved in diverse fields such as phase separation, synapse formation and DNA bending and gain insights about the preferred structures.
