SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am interested in molecular interactions that underpin cell physiology and how they can be disrupted in various disease contexts, particularly the pathologies that confer hallmarks of cancer throughout oncogenesis. I believe it is an exciting time to study these interactions, as the advances in high-throughput molecular technologies and computational biology provide an opportunity to investigate them within the context of the whole cell system. In the future, I would like to focus on using multi omics data to gain new insights into the process of tumorigenesis.
