FALCON Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting System:
The SP8 confocal microscope is equipped with 2 HyD SMD detectors and the FALCON time-correlated single photon counting system and corresponding software. This allows two-channel fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) including Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) measurements as well as fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS).
