SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Developed through my background as a chemist, my principal interest within the field of Neuroscience is neurodegenerative diseases focusing on the early events in the diseases and specifically on metal-catalyzed oxidation. My interest in protein modification also correlates with my interest in the development and usage of new analytical methods.
