SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I have always wondered how we learn and memorize things in our life. I am interested to study the molecular and cellular mechanisms that underlie learning and memory. Also, I would like to study the molecular and behavioral changes that occur in neurodegenerative diseases and ageing with an aim to contribute to better therapeutic strategies.
