SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

The mysteries of the microbial world have captivated me for as long as I can remember. These extremely diverse lifeforms that seem so alien and yet are around us every day and everywhere. I am committed to broadening our understanding of these micro-neighbours to better combat disease and contribute to the biotechnological industry.
