SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Molecular processes involved in the functionality of a human brain are fascinating for me as a junior scientist. In my eyes, investigating the effects of various disorders on the nervous system has a great potential as well, since an understanding of the disease mechanisms is able to contribute to the drug development. My current goal is to acquire profound theoretical knowledge in the field of molecular biology and learn a variety of practical techniques.
