SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am curious about the genome, the structures and functions of the molecules it encodes, and its own physical arrangement and composition. I am interested in using high throughput sequencing and computational analysis to extract meaningful biological information from large experimental data sets.
