SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

My present interests tend to cognitive neuroscience, especially in the area of learning, reasoning, and decision-making. Thereby my overall goal is to understand the neural basis of thought and behavior. I seek to contribute to our understanding of the relation between the mind and the central nervous system to expand the current concepts of cognitive theories with the underlying neural functioning.
