SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

My key interests in molecular biology focus on functions of non-coding RNAs and chromatin remodelling. I am particularly interested in the impact of miRNAs on gene expression patterns in context of different physiological and pathological processes like myogenesis, wound healing, angiogenesis or cancer progression.
