The Faculty of Biology and Psychology

Today the Faculty of Biology and Psychology focuses on three major research fields: molecular biosciences, biodiversity and ecology, and neuro-biology and behaviour. Being one of the biggest faculties at Georg-August University, the Faculty of Biology and Psychology plays a central role as a linking point for the manifold biologically targeted research in Göttingen which is conducted within the university faculties of medicine, agricultural sciences, forestry , physics and chemistry as well as at the Max-Planck-Institutes for Biophysical Chemistry and Experimental Medicine and at the German Primate Center (Leibniz-Society). more...
