In future, the doctoral training at the University of Göttingen will take place within structured programmes based at three Graduate Schools. The objective of these Graduate Schools is to optimize the research and learning conditions for doctoral students and to foster the development of a new generation of excellent scholars by providing intensive supervision and a range of tailored seminars.
