Consultant, coach and author

Elisabeth Schick is a successful consultant and trainer. After working five years as consultant and project leader for the Boston Consulting Group and several years in different management positions at Bertelsmann AG Elisabeth Schick started her own consulting and training business. Her training benefits from her own practical experience as managing director as well as from her exposure as consultant to management and board members.

Therefore Elisabeth Schick is focusing her training on the three topics: self presentation, negotiation and leadership. Her book “Der ICH-Faktor: erfolgreich durch Selbstpräsentation” (I-factor: successful self presentation) had been published in the Hanser-Verlag. She also has written several articles for different magazines about self marketing.

In consulting Elisabeth Schick is focusing on strategic questions, CSR (corporate Social responsibility) and marketing issues. Her clients are well-known large and midsize companies and organizations. In consulting she also cooperates with Strategie und Wert Beratungs- u. Beteiligungs GmbH lead by Prof. Dr. Dr. Ulrich Hemel.

Among her clients in consulting and training are companies like ENBW, Robert Bosch Stiftung, several investment fonds, social organizations, Universities of Göttingen, Trier and Stuttgart, MLP Women Business Club etc.

After studying economics in Mannheim and Berkeley Elisabeth Schick worked 5 years as consultant and project leader for the Boston Consulting Group in Munich and Düsseldorf. Then she joined Bertelsmann AG and worked there first two years as a senior consultant and then she was managing director of two international Bertelsmann Internet-Companies, which later had been sold to ebay.
