Postdoc Stipends

Postdoctoral researchers who wish to join our group are also encouraged to apply for postdoctoral fellowships

DFG Research Fellowships
are intended to help early career researchers to conduct a defined project at a location of their choice in a country other than Germany and to use it as an opportunity to familiarise themselves with new research methods or to bring a large project to a conclusion. Eligible to apply for a research fellowship is everybody who is integrated in the German science system (3 years of research as PhD student or Postdoc prior to the proposal).

Alexander-von-Humboldt Fellowships
provide 1-2 years opportunity for highly qualified researcher from abroad (any countries) to realize innovative projects in Germany.
Generous funding and funding of some costs for analyses and participation at conferences give a very good chance for flexibility of project realization and presentation.

EU-financed Marie-Curie Stipends
are available to researchers regardless of their nationality or field of research. In addition to generous research funding, scientists have the possibility to gain experience abroad and in the private sector, and to complete their training with competences or disciplines useful for their careers.
The International Incoming Fellowships
eligable are researchers moving from third countries to EU member states or associated countries.
