Kim Lea Schreiber

Kim completed her Bachelor's (B.Sc.) and Master's (M.Sc.) in Psychology at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. In addition to her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the Department of Experimental Psychology and at Hogrefe Publishing. She wrote her Master's thesis in the field of experimental psychology, focusing on top-down and bottom-up processes of consciousness and how expectations can influence our conscious experience.

Trust Dynamics in Triadic Interactions With Healthcare Robots

In my PhD project I investigate how trust in robots differs from that in humans, particularly with regard to cognitive processes and emotional experiences. I further want to examine how trust processes are connected to different robot types that vary in their degree of anthropomorphism.

Fundamentally, I am curious about how we perceive the world and how this perception relates to reality.

Besides her studies, Kim has worked as a student assistant in the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Göttingen, where she has gathered experience in data collection, including working with a mirror stereoscope.
