Barbecue with the SFB

A barbecue on the premises of the university requires a special permission.
With the Faculty of Physics the rules are simple and informal.

1. Step: The permission
   Send a short e-mail to Heidi Afshar. The text should include:









1. who will have barbecue ("Graduiertenkolleg des SFB 1073")


2. estimated number of participants


3. calendar date, time and estimated duration


4. who is the contact/responsible person




Heidi Afshar will pass the mail to the university administration (Gebäudemanagement). Next you will receive the permission with some comments and instructions.


2. Step: The grill
   Contact the caretakers of the faculty. They have much experience in barbecue organization (access to refrigerators, light, easy entry to the building etc.) and can provide a big grill.
