BioID Support and Service

The Core Facility was granted DFG support for its project “Mapping Cellular Microenvironments – Proximity Labeling/MS within a Campus Core Facility Structure (GoeCoOp-PL/MS)”. We aim to offer optimized service for clients interested in performing (split-)BioID or other proximity labeling methodologies. We offer advice at several decision points concerning the experimental design and provide lab protocols and tutorials. We can accompany projects from grant application to final data storage in public repositories and publication. Clients can visit our lab to get hands-on training in sample preparation and/or to train analyzing their LC-MS data with proteomics software. Please, contact us for further information!
